Event Description
The Cultural Committee is hosting a field trip to The Anatomy of Death Museum in Mt. Clemens on Monday, October 16, 2023. Owner, Todd La Rosa will educate us about the death and dying practices and traditions from around the world. Immerse yourself into the world of oddities and artifacts from different cultures. There is even a gift shop! More information at anatomyofdeathmuseum.com. We will have time to explore the museum before walking across the street to Engine House for lunch. www.TheEngineHouse.net. We will leave Mt. Clemens at 2:00 pm and return to the SCS library at approximately 2:30pm.
This tour is $22.00 for bus transportation & entrance to the museum. It is due when you sign up at the library. Bring money for your lunch at The Engine House. Tickets can be purchased at the circulation desk of the SCS Public Library. Tickets are on sale starting Monday, September 18, 2023. Tickets are nonrefundable.
